The LeBlond RKL-2900G Manual Lathe is a heavy-duty geared head lathe engineered for high-speed, precision turning in demanding industrial environments. Featuring a robust 30-inch swing over the bed and a maximum distance between centers of 157.6 inches, this lathe is designed to handle large workpieces with exceptional stability. The machine is powered by a 15 horsepower main drive motor, delivering high torque for efficient metal removal across a wide range of materials. The spindle operates at speeds up to 1,200 RPM, supported by a heavy-duty forged alloy steel spindle that is hardened, ground, and dynamically balanced for long service life and accuracy.
