Wire diameter capabilities range from 0.15 to 0.3 millimeters with a maximum feed rate of 400 millimeters per second and wire tension rated at 2000 grams-force. The machine utilizes FC35 fine-grain cast-iron construction for rigid stability, minimizing thermal distortion during extended operations. An integrated fluid supply unit with 420-liter tank capacity maintains automatic temperature and conductivity control through ion-exchange resin filtration.
