Featuring a 12-inch chuck with a maximum turning diameter of 22.8 inches and workpiece length capacity of 122 inches, this machine delivers exceptional rigidity and stability through its high-precision bed construction with sand-sealed, double-walled box structure. The main spindle operates at variable speeds from 5 to 2,200 RPM with 30 HP output, supported by a high-rigidity spindle structure accommodating maximum bar diameters of 3.5 inches. The machine is equipped with dual turret tool holders: a primary 8-station turning/8-position rotary turret and a secondary 6-station turning/6-position rotary turret, enabling efficient tool positioning and reduced setup times.
