2018 MAZAK QTU250MSY CNC LATHES
Specifications & Market Value

Technical Description
The Mazak QTU-250MSY (Quick Turn Universal 250MSY) adds a sub-spindle and Y-axis milling to the QTU-250 platform for complete done-in-one machining. Maximum swing is 26.5 in with a maximum machining diameter of 14.75 in, maximum bar capacity of 3.0 in, and maximum machining length of 21.28 in. The main spindle takes a 10 in chuck, reaches 4,000 RPM, and is driven by a 35 HP (30-minute rating) motor. The sub-spindle takes a 6 in chuck, reaches 6,000 RPM, and is driven by a 15 HP (30-minute) motor. The upper turret carries 12 tools, reaches 6,000 RPM for live tooling, and is driven by a 10 HP (10-minute rating) motor. Axis travels are 9.0 in (X), 4.0 in (Y), 22.63 in (Z), and 23.0 in (W). The machine runs Mazak's SmoothG CNC with MAZATROL conversational programming, monitoring, and diagnostics as standard, plus EIA/ISO programming. It is built for Done-in-One processing of complex parts requiring turning, milling, and Y-axis work with a second spindle, eliminating the need for a second machine setup. Overall footprint and machine weight were not found published and are left blank.
