The MICROCUT HBM110XT is a robust Horizontal Table Type Boring Mill equipped with a Fanuc 32i-MB CNC Control and a 10.4-inch LCD color display. It features a substantial 4.3-inch (109.22 mm) spindle, driven by a 30/25 HP motor with a 2-speed geared headstock, capable of achieving 3,000 RPM. The machine offers significant travel capacities, including 78.7 inches (1,999 mm) for X-Horizontal Table travel and 66.9 inches (1,699.3 mm) for Y-Vertical Head travel. The quill/spindle travel extends to 55.1 inches (1,399.5 mm). Workholding is accommodated by a 49-inch by 49-inch (1,244.6 mm x 1,244.6 mm) table. For efficiency, the HBM110XT includes a 60-pocket double-arm automatic tool changer utilizing CAT #50 taper tooling.
