1996 NARDINI FASTTRACE CNC LATHES
Specifications & Market Value

Technical Description
The Nardini Fast Trace is a 2-axis CNC teach-mode lathe built on a flat/slant bed with a GE/Fanuc 20T control. Swing over the bed is 17.5 in, with 11.75 in swing over the cross slide, and distance between centers of 40 in. The spindle has a 2 in bore and an 8 hp motor, running from 37.5 to 3,000 rpm. Standard chucking is a 10 in three-jaw chuck, and the machine includes a tailstock. Travel is 11.02 in on X and 9.84 in on Z. The control supports teach-mode programming in addition to standard CNC part programs, and the machine includes a coolant pump and tank. Overall footprint is approximately 104 x 56 in with a height of 68 in, and the machine weighs approximately 5,000 lb. An earlier 1995-era Fast Trace variant was built with an 8 in chuck and a slightly different footprint (114 x 64 x 70 in) and without live tooling or a sub-spindle, so configuration can vary by build year.
