The Okuma Multus B750 is a horizontal multitasking machine featuring dual main spindles with 41.34-inch maximum turning diameter and 118-inch maximum turning length capability. Each main spindle operates at 2,000 RPM with 50 HP continuous power (40 HP optional), supported by a 24-inch air chuck. The machine incorporates a sub-spindle running at 5,000 RPM with 20 HP for simultaneous operations and features a rotary milling tool spindle at 5,000 RPM with 30 HP capability. The seven-axis configuration includes X, Y, and Z linear axes with rapid traverse rates of 1,575 IPM, complemented by B and W rotary axes for comprehensive angular positioning. The X-axis provides 42.52 inches of travel, Y-axis delivers ±12.99 inches, and Z-axis spans 165.94 inches, enabling full process-intensive machining of large-diameter, long workpieces. The integrated 80-position automatic tool changer (Capto C8) accommodates turning and milling operations with precision tool management.
