The PAMA SPEEDRAM 2000/180 is a robust CNC horizontal boring mill, featuring a 180 mm (7.09 inch) spindle diameter and capable of achieving a spindle speed of 2,500 RPM. This machine provides extensive travel, with the X (horizontal) travel of the column reaching 18,000 mm (708.66 inches), Y (vertical) travel of the headstock at 5,000 mm (196.85 inches), and Z (ram) spindle travel at 1,000 mm (39.37 inches). Control is managed by a CNC Siemens 840DE system, ensuring precision operations. The machine is built with hydrostatic guides for all axes and comes equipped with a TH 65 rotary table and floor plates. Operational efficiency is enhanced by a head changing station offering 8 heads and 18 tool positions, alongside a Knoll coolant system that provides an operating pressure of 5 bar outside the spindle and 45 bar inside the tool.
