Technical Description

The PAMA SPEEDRAM 3000/200 is a heavy-duty, floor-type CNC horizontal boring mill engineered for large-scale precision machining. This machine features a 7.87-inch (200 mm) spindle diameter capable of speeds up up to 2,200 RPM, driven by a 91 kW (186 HP) motor, and utilizes an ISO 60 spindle taper. The expansive working envelope is defined by an X-axis travel of 236.22 inches (20,000 mm), a Y-axis travel of 5,500 mm, and a combined Z+W axis travel (spindle plus ram) of 2,600 mm. The horizontal column travel (X) is complemented by rapid travel rates of up to 15,000 mm/min across all axes (X, Y, Z, W). It is equipped with a substantial 5,000 x 5,000 mm table that boasts a 100-ton capacity, and also includes a V-axis table infeeding travel of 2,500 mm. Operating with 4 axes and a CNC control system, the machine features a ram section between approximately 430x430 to 460x520 mm and comes standard with an Automatic Tool Changer (ATC).
