Technical Description

The SHANDONG SANZHENG CW6280B/5000 is a heavy-duty conventional horizontal lathe designed for large-diameter turning operations and precision metal machining. This machine features an 800mm (31.5-inch) maximum swing diameter over the bed, enabling the processing of substantial workpieces up to 5000mm (196.9 inches) in length between centers. The lathe accommodates a maximum workpiece load capacity of 2.5 tons with a guide rail width of 600mm, providing excellent stability and rigidity during operation. Equipped with an 11kW (14.8 HP) spindle motor delivering speeds ranging from 6 to 800 RPM across 18 stepped speeds, this machine enables versatile cutting applications including turning, threading, boring, and groove broaching.
