The SORALUCE FS Horizontal Boring Mill is a robust machine designed for high-precision machining, featuring construction based on cast iron (GG30) for superior rigidity and stability. Key technical specifications include a Y-Vertical Travel of the Head up to 141.73 inches (3,600 mm to 4,000 mm), a Z-Spindle Travel of 62.99 inches (1,500 mm cross traverse), and an extensive Longitudinal traverse (X axis) reaching up to 16,000 mm. The mill is equipped with a powerful spindle capable of 61.87 horsepower, with spindle power varying by model (32 / 37 / 43 / 46 kW), and maximum speeds reaching 6,000 RPM (5,000 / 6,000 / 7,000 min⁻¹). It accommodates spindle diameters from Ø130 mm to Ø150 mm and delivers maximum torque up to 4,490 Nm. Rapid traverse speeds can achieve up to 35 m/min.
