Technical Description

The TOS VARNSDORF WHT 110C Horizontal Boring Mill is a robust CNC machine with a 4.41-inch (112 mm) spindle diameter and a 37.5 HP (31 Kw rated power) headstock motor. It offers a maximum working spindle speed range of 4,000 to 7,500 1/min and a maximum spindle torque between 1,205 and 1,375 Nm. The machine features an ISO 50 / ISO 50 BIG+ tapered spindle cavity. Its capacity is defined by extensive travel ranges: table lateral adjustment (X-axis) from 1,500 to 3,000 mm, vertical spindle adjustment (Y-axis) from 1,250 to 2,000 mm, and longitudinal stand adjustment (Z-axis) from 1,500 to 2,500 mm. The working spindle extension (W-axis) is 650 mm. The machine includes a carousel table with a 1,600 mm diameter (WHT 110 model) operating at 400 rpm.
