TOSHIBA BTD-11B HORIZONTAL BORING MILL

The TOSHIBA BTD-11B Horizontal Boring Mill is a robust machine designed for precision machining, featuring a 4.33-inch (110 mm) spindle diameter capable of speeds up up to 1,600 RPM, powered by a 20 HP motor, and utilizing a CAT 50 taper. This mill offers substantial travel in all axes, including X-Axis (Table) travel of 78 inches (1981 mm), Y-Axis travel of 59 inches (1499 mm), Z-Axis travel of 51 inches (1295 mm), and W-Axis travel of 25 inches (635 mm). Workpieces are accommodated on a 55-inch by 63-inch table (1397 mm x 1600 mm) with a maximum load capacity of 13,890 lbs (6300 kg). Control is managed via a Tosnuc-3 2-Axis Positioning CNC system with Full Manual Pendant Control. Key features include a full 4th-axis rotary table with automatic 90-degree indexing, hard ways on all axes, shot pins, a lift-up chip conveyor, and a Sony Magnascale DRO integrated into the pendant.
