The TOSHIBA BTD-130H.R22 is a robust Horizontal Boring Mill featuring a 5.1-inch spindle with a CAT 50 taper, driven by a 40 HP motor capable of 5-2,500 RPM. This machine provides extensive travel, including an X-Axis of 118.11 inches, a Y-Axis of 90.55 inches, a Z-Axis of 62.99 inches, and a W-Axis (saddle travel) of 27.55 inches. The working surface is supported by a table measuring 70.86 inches wide by 86.61 inches long, with a substantial load capacity of 26,400 lbs. It is equipped with a Full B-Axis Rotary Table and managed by a Tosnuc 999 CNC Control. Tool handling is efficient with a 38-Position Automatic Tool Changer. High-speed operation is maintained by rapid traverse rates up to 393 IPM for the linear axes and 500 Degrees/Minute for the B-Axis, with a standard feedrate of 157 IPM. Chip and temperature management are handled by a Chip Conveyor and Through Spindle Coolant Flood Coolant system.
