TRAUB TNA 300 HORIZONTAL MACHINING CENTER

The TRAUB TNA 300 is a CNC horizontal turning and milling center engineered for precision production work. This machine features a main spindle capable of achieving 5,600 RPM with 15 HP, delivering maximum turning diameter and length capacities of 10.83" and 17.72" respectively. The spindle accommodates bar stock up to 1.65" diameter and utilizes a 6.88" chuck with a maximum swing of 22.05" over the bed. The machine is equipped with a 12-position turret tool holder accommodating both turning and rotary tools, with rotary tool capability at 4,000 RPM and 5.5 HP for simultaneous multi-axis operations. Two-axis CNC control enables rapid traverse rates of 590 IPM on both X and Z axes with proportional feed rate control. The TX8H or TX8i-s control system provides efficient tool indexing and precise dimensional control. Additional features include a tailstock with 60mm quill stroke and MK4 taper for steady support, coolant capacity of 275 liters, and a total power consumption of approximately 16-19 kW. The machine weighs 3,500 kg and measures 2,710mm length × 1,620mm width × 1,800mm height.
