Technical Description

The U'CHINE UBM-11025R is a robust horizontal boring mill featuring a 4.33-inch (Ø 110 mm) spindle with an ISO.50, BT-50 taper and a speed range of 0 to 2,000 RPM (up to 2,500 RPM). Control is managed via a CNC system. The machine's travels include an X-axis travel of 2,500 mm (98.43 inches), a Y-axis travel up to 2,000 mm (78.74 inches), a Z-axis travel of 1,700 mm, and a W-axis travel of 550 mm. The working surface is supported by a 1400x1600 mm table with a 0.001° resolution, capable of handling a maximum load of 8,000 kg. Rapid feed rates for the X, Y, and Z axes are 10 m/min, with a cutting feed rate ranging from 1 to 5,000 mm/min. The spindle is driven by a 15/18.5 kW continuous/30min servo motor. Tool management is facilitated by an ATC with 40 (expandable to 60) tools, supporting a maximum tool weight of 25 kg and a tool change time of 15 seconds. The system includes a 400-liter coolant tank and an 8-liter lubrication tank.
