Technical Description

The U'CHINE UBM-11032RT is a CNC Horizontal Boring Mill featuring a robust Ø110 mm spindle with speeds ranging from 10 to 2500 RPM, and an option for up to 3000 RPM. The machine boasts extensive travel distances, including an X-axis travel of 3200 mm (126 inches), Y-axis vertical head travel of 1800 mm (70.87 inches), Z-axis travel of 1700 mm, and W-axis travel of 500 mm. The integrated 1600 x 1400 mm rotary table offers 0.001° accuracy and supports a maximum load of 8000 kg. Powering the spindle is a 15 kW continuous/18.5 kW 30 min servo motor, with an optional 22/26 kW motor available. The rapid feed rate for the X, Y, and Z axes is 10 m/min, with a cutting feed rate up to 5000 mm/min. Tool management is efficient, featuring a 15-second tool change time, supporting tools up to Ø125 mm in diameter, 400 mm in length, and weighing up to 25 kg.
