Technical Description

The U'CHINE UBM-13052R Horizontal Boring Mill is a CNC-controlled machine designed for precision machining. It features a robust 5.12-inch (Ø 130 mm) spindle with an ISO.50 BT-50 taper and a speed range of 10 to 2,000 RPM, with optional capabilities up to 3,000 RPM. The machine offers substantial travel, including 204.72 inches (X-Horizontal Travel of Table) and 98.43 inches (Y-Vertical Travel of Head). The work envelope is supported by a table measuring 70.87 inches wide and 78.74 inches long. Key internal specifications include a W-Axis travel of 700 mm (900 mm optional) and Z-Axis travel of 2,000 mm (2,500 mm optional). The system uses high-performance servo motors, including a 15/18.5 kW spindle servo motor and dedicated motors for the X, Y, Z, W, and B axes.
