The ZMMBG CU 730RD X 1500 is a precision universal lathe designed for versatile metal machining operations. The headstock incorporates a hardened and precisely ground spindle with a 103mm bore and Metric 120 taper, capable of accepting various chuck types including 3-jaw self-centered and 4-jaw independent chucks via DIN 55027 nose. The spindle delivers 21 discrete speed ranges from 12.5 to 1,250 RPM, driven by an 11kW main motor with an oil-bath lubrication system for the induction-hardened gears. The carriage assembly includes a 390mm cross-slide travel and 130mm top-slide travel, providing precise tool positioning for complex operations.
