2008 Yaskawa Motoman SSF2000 Robot, 6kg Payload, 1378mm Reach, NX100 Controller

The 2008 Yaskawa Motoman SSF2000 is a high-speed, six-axis articulated CNC robot designed for applications such as dispensing, machine tending, material handling, and packaging. It features a 6 kg payload capacity, a horizontal reach of 1,378 mm, and a repeatability of ±0.08 mm. The robot has a mass of 130 kg and supports floor, inverted, and angle mounting configurations. It is equipped with an NX100 controller, cables, and a teach pendant. This model utilizes advanced motor control technology and ARM (Advanced Robot Motion) control to provide fast axis speeds, which include 210 °/s for J1 and J3, 190 °/s for J2, 400 °/s for J4 and J5, and 600 °/s for J6. The robot motion ranges are J1 ±170°, J2 +155° to -90°, J3 +250° to -175°, J4 ±180°, J5 +225° to -45°, and J6 ±360°. The SSF2000 is engineered with a slim base, waist, and arm design to improve part accessibility and includes built-in collision avoidance features. The NX100 controller offers connectivity through standard Ethernet and supports multiple robot control for up to four units.
