2010 FANUC Arc Mate 100iC Articulated Robot, 10kg Payload, 1420mm Reach, R-30iA Control

The 2010 FANUC Arc Mate 100iC is a six-axis articulated robot designed for high-speed arc welding and cutting applications. It features a 10 kg payload capacity, a horizontal reach of 1420 mm, and a repeatability of ±0.08 mm. The robot has a mass of 130 kg and supports floor, inverted, and angle mounting. Its slim wrist and hollow arm design facilitate entry into small openings and protect internal routing for weld torch cables, gas lines, and air lines. Axis motion speeds are 210 degrees/s for J1 and J3, 190 degrees/s for J2, 400 degrees/s for J4 and J5, and 600 degrees/s for J6. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±360 degrees, J2 ±250 degrees, J3 ±447 degrees, J4 ±380 degrees, J5 +380/-280 degrees, and J6 +720/-540 degrees. The system is equipped with a FANUC R-30iA controller, a teach pendant, connection cables, and a Lincoln i-400 welding power supply with a wire feeder and torch. It is compatible with various welding processes including MIG, TIG, MAG, and plasma welding, and can be interfaced with servo-driven or indexing positioners.
