2012 FANUC Arc Mate 100iC/6L 6-Axis Welding Robot, 6kg Payload, 1632mm Reach

The 2012 FANUC ARC MATE 100IC/6L is a six-axis articulated welding robot designed for precise arc welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, plasma welding, and plasma cutting applications. This model features an extended reach of 1632 mm and a 6 kg payload capacity, enabling access to large parts and complex tooling through a slim wrist design. Controlled by a FANUC R30IB system, the robot maintains a repeatability of ±0.1 mm and a total mass of 135 kg. It supports floor, inverted, and angle mounting configurations. Motion speeds for the axes are J1 and J3 at 210°/S, J2 at 190°/S, J4 and J5 at 400°/S, and J6 at 600°/S. The motion range includes J1 ±360°, J2 ±250°, J3 ±445°, J4 ±380°, J5 ±380°, and J6 ±720°.
