The 2014 KUKA KR16-2 is a six-axis articulated robotic tube bending cell equipped with a KRC4 controller, teach pendant, and cables. This floor, inverted, or angle-mounted robot features a 16 kg payload capacity, a horizontal reach of 1611 mm, and a repeatability of ±0.1 mm. The robot mass is 235 kg. Axis motion speeds are 156°/s for J1, J2, and J3, 330°/s for J4 and J5, and 615°/s for J6. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±185°, J2 +35° to -155°, J3 +154° to -130°, J4 ±350°, J5 ±130°, and J6 ±350°. Designed for versatility, this system is suitable for arc welding, assembly, flux-cored welding, machine loading, material handling, MIG welding, packaging, palletizing, and plasma cutting applications.
