2015 FANUC R-2000iB/210F Articulated Robot, 210kg Payload, 2655mm Reach, R-30iB Controller

The 2015 FANUC R-2000IB/210F is a floor-mounted six-axis articulated robot designed for high-payload applications, including resistance welding, spot welding, injection molding, machine loading/tending, material handling, assembly, dispensing, and material removal. It features a payload capacity of 210 kg, a horizontal reach of 2655 mm, and a repeatability of ± 0.3 mm. The mechanical unit weighs 1240 kg and is equipped with a slim arm and wrist design to reduce interference and facilitate access to confined spaces while maintaining a large work envelope with overhead and rear reach capabilities. The system is paired with a FANUC R-30IB controller and a color teach pendant. Axis motion speeds are 95°/S for J1 and J3, 90°/S for J2, 120°/S for J4 and J5, and 190°/S for J6. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±180°, J2 +75° to -60°, J3 +230° to -132°, J4 ±360°, J5 ±125°, and J6 ±360°. The unit includes 30-meter robot connection cables.
