The 2015 FANUC R-2000iB/210F is a six-axis articulated robot designed for high-payload applications, including resistance welding, spot welding, injection molding, machine loading, machine tending, material handling, assembly, and fiberglass cutting. It features a payload capacity of 210 kg, a horizontal reach of 2655 mm, and a repeatability of 0.3 mm. The unit has a mass of 1240 kg and is designed for floor mounting. Its slim arm and wrist design facilitate access to confined spaces while maintaining a large work envelope with overhead and behind-reach capabilities. Axis motion speeds are 95°/s for J1 and J3, 90°/s for J2, 120°/s for J4 and J5, and 190°/s for J6. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±180°, J2 +75° to -60°, J3 +230° to -132°, J4 ±360°, J5 ±125°, and J6 ±360°.
