The 2016 FANUC R-2000IC/165F is a six-axis articulated robot designed for high-payload applications including spot welding, material handling, assembly, dispensing, material removal, pick and place, packaging, and palletizing. It features a 165 kg payload capacity, a 2655 mm reach, and a repeatability of 0.2 mm. The robot has a mass of 1090 kg and is designed for floor mounting. This model is equipped with an R-30IB controller and a durable thin wrist designed to deliver excellent cycle times in tight spaces. Axis motion speeds are 130°/s for J1, 115°/s for J2, 125°/s for J3, 180°/s for J4 and J5, and 260°/s for J6. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±370°, J2 ±136°, J3 ±312°, J4 ±720°, J5 ±250°, and J6 ±720°. The slim design allows for maximized use of workspace and close proximity to other robots.
