THE ABAR HR-20 VACUUM FURNACE IS AN ELECTRIC, 1000°C MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE SYSTEM DESIGNED FOR OXIDATION-FREE METALLURGICAL AND AEROSPACE PROCESSING. IT FEATURES A 4 CUBIC FOOT HOT ZONE WITH DIMENSIONS OF 20 INCHES IN DIAMETER BY 24 INCHES DEEP. THE ROBUST VACUUM PUMPING SYSTEM INCLUDES A STOKES 412H-11 MECHANICAL PUMP, A 1722 STOKES BLOWER, AND A VARIAN 4,400 WATT DIFFUSION PUMP, ENABLING CLEAN PROCESSING AND CONSISTENT PERFORMANCE. THE FURNACE IS ALSO EQUIPPED WITH A TRANSFORMER, CONTROLS, AND A QUENCH SYSTEM FOR RAPID COOLING OF HEAT-TREATED MATERIALS. TYPICAL MAXIMUM LOAD DIMENSIONS FOR HR-20 MODELS ARE 18 INCHES WIDE BY 10 INCHES HIGH BY 24 INCHES LONG.
