THE DAKE “H”-FRAME TRAVELING-HEAD HYDRAULIC STRAIGHTENING PRESS, MODEL 19-525 (SERIAL NO 190373), IS A 200 TON CAPACITY MACHINE. IT FEATURES A TRAVELING COLUMN H-FRAME DESIGN WITH RAILS ALLOWING FOR 150" OF HEAD TRAVEL. KEY SPECIFICATIONS INCLUDE A MAXIMUM STROKE LENGTH OF 40″ AND DAYLIGHT TO RAM RANGING FROM 90″ MINIMUM TO 130″ MAXIMUM. THE DISTANCE BETWEEN HOUSINGS IS 78″. RAM SPEEDS ARE 8 IPM FOR PRESSING, 115 IPM FOR ADVANCE, 300 IPM FOR RETURN, AND 20 IPM FOR BREAKAWAY. THE HEAD TRAVELS AT 28 FPM. THE MACHINE IS EQUIPPED WITH CONTROLS INCLUDING SLOW DOWN, FAST RAISE, FRAME FORWARD, SLOW RAISE, LOCK FRAME, FRAME REVERSE, UNLOCK FRAME, FAST DOWN, START, AND STOP. POWER IS SUPPLIED BY A 25 HP MOTOR UTILIZING A 460/3/60 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. STANDARD FEATURES INCLUDE A HYDRAULIC GAUGE, BELL HOUSING, AND A REMOVABLE WORK SUPPORT TABLE.
