2013 HAAS VF11-50 VERTICAL MACHINING CENTERS
Specifications & Market Value

Technical Description
The 2013 Haas VF11-50 is a 3-axis vertical machining center built for large-scale machining applications requiring extended longitudinal reach with a CAT50 spindle taper. Featuring a 128 x 32 inch T-slot worktable and 120 inches of X-axis travel, the VF11-50 is one of the longest VMCs in the Haas lineup, designed to accommodate oversized workpieces, long structural profiles, large dies, and aerospace components. The machine delivers 32 inches of Y-axis travel and 30 inches of Z-axis travel, providing a generous working envelope for complex three-dimensional machining operations. A 30 HP vector drive spindle motor drives the CAT50 taper spindle to a maximum of 7,500 RPM, supplying the cutting force required for heavy stock removal in steel, cast iron, aluminum, and specialty alloys. The Haas CNC control system delivers full CNC capability with G-code and M-code programming, rigid tapping, high-speed machining modes, tool life management, and Haas's integrated conversational programming environment. Standard equipment includes a side-mount automatic tool changer, full machine enclosure, flood coolant system, and chip conveyor. The VF11-50 is particularly suited to aerospace, defense, heavy equipment manufacturing, and large mold and die applications where extreme X-axis length and high spindle power are primary requirements.
