A CAT/BT 50-taper spindle is driven through a two-speed gearbox and rated at 30 HP continuous, with a high-performance 60 HP optional spindle available for demanding cutting applications. Maximum spindle speed is 7,500 RPM in the standard configuration, suitable for large-diameter face mills, boring bars, and heavy roughing tools commonly used in large-part machining.
