The J&M TL2000D is a heavy-duty manual lathe engineered for precision machining of large workpieces in industrial settings. This machine features a maximum swing over bed of 2000 mm (78.74 inches), enabling the machining of substantial cylindrical components with considerable diameter capacity. The spindle bore measures 3.35 inches (approximately 85 mm), accommodating standard tooling and providing reliable workholding through a 120 mm taper with a 1:7 ratio. With a maximum swing over cross slide of 1850 mm (64.96 inches), the lathe offers exceptional versatility for turning operations across various work geometries. The machine can handle workpieces weighing up to 32 tons, making it suitable for heavy manufacturing applications. The spindle speed range extends from 0.86 to 160 r/min, providing optimal cutting speeds for diverse materials and operations.
