2016 NAKAMURA WT 150II CNC LATHES
Specifications & Market Value

Technical Description
The Nakamura-Tome WT-150II is a two-spindle, two-turret multitasking turning center built for complete machining of small bar and chucked parts. Left and right spindles face each other, with the distance between spindles adjustable from 200 mm to 800 mm, and upper and lower turrets allow simultaneous cutting on both spindles to balance processes and shorten cycle time. Maximum turning diameter is 190 mm (7.48 in) and maximum turning length is 515 mm (20.28 in). Chuck size is 6 inches, and standard bar capacity is 51 mm on both spindles, with a 65 mm option on the left spindle only. Both spindles reach 5,000 rpm in the standard 51 mm configuration (4,500 rpm with the 65 mm option). The left spindle motor is rated 15/11 kW and the right spindle motor 11/7.5 kW; with the spindles synchronized, up to 26 kW of cutting power is available for shaft work. Two 5.5/3.7 kW milling motors drive the rotating tools. Up to 48 tools can be carried using multi-tool holders and mid-position turret indexing. Floor space is 3,674 x 2,264 mm, height is 1,885 mm, and machine weight is 8,900 kg.
