The SHARP 1660L is a precision manual lathe featuring a 16-inch swing over the bed and an extended 60-inch distance between centers, suited for machining long workpieces. It is powered by a robust 7.5 HP motor and equipped with a 12-speed geared head, allowing spindle speeds from 40 to 2,000 RPM. The spindle includes a 3.06-inch to 3.18-inch bore (depending on config) with a D1-8 camlock nose and an MT #6 taper, supporting various machining operations.
