2005 Yaskawa Motoman HP6 Robot - 6kg Payload, 1378mm Reach, NX100 Controller

The 2005 Yaskawa Motoman HP6 is a six-axis articulated robot designed for applications including arc welding, deburring, machine tending, material handling, packaging, and pick and place. It features a 6 kg payload capacity, a 1378 mm horizontal reach, and a repeatability of ±0.08 mm. The robot has a mass of 130 kg and is designed for floor mounting. Axis motion speeds are 150°/s for the S-axis, 160°/s for the L-axis, 170°/s for the U-axis, 340°/s for both the R and B axes, and 520°/s for the T-axis. The motion range for the axes is S-axis ±170°, L-axis +155° to -90°, U-axis +250° to -175°, R-axis ±180°, B-axis +225° to -45°, and T-axis ±360°. The system is equipped with a Motoman NX100 controller, cables, and a teach pendant.
