2007 FANUC R-2000iB/165F Robot, 165kg Payload, 2655mm Reach, R-30iA Control

The 2007 FANUC R-2000iB/165F is a six-axis articulated robot designed for high-payload applications such as material handling, spot welding, dispensing, and assembly. This heavy-duty system features a 165 kg payload capacity, a horizontal reach of 2655 mm, and a repeatability of ±0.2 mm. With a mass of 1170 kg, it is designed for floor mounting and features a slim arm and wrist assembly suitable for operation in confined spaces. The robot is controlled by a FANUC R-30iA or R-30iB controller and includes a teach pendant and connection cables. Axis motion speeds are 110°/s for J1, J2, and J3, 150°/s for J4 and J5, and 220°/s for J6. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±180°, J2 +75°/-60°, J3 +230°/-132°, J4 ±360°, J5 ±125°, and J6 ±360°. The design incorporates numerous process attachment points to facilitate easier integration into production lines. Additional applications include injection molding, machine loading, machine tending, and various cutting processes.
