2009 FANUC R-2000iB/165F Robot, 165kg Payload, 2655mm Reach, R-30iA Controller

The 2009 FANUC R-2000iB/165F is a six-axis articulated robot designed for heavy payload applications including spot welding, material handling, dispensing, injection molding, machine tending, assembly, and cutting. It features a 165 kg payload capacity, a horizontal reach of 2655 mm, and a repeatability of ±0.2 mm. The robot has a mass of 1170 kg and is designed for floor mounting. It is equipped with a FANUC R-30iA controller, connection cables, a color teach pendant, a 7th axis drive, and model A IO. The slim arm and wrist assemblies facilitate operation in confined spaces, while multiple process attachment points simplify integration. Axis motion speeds are 110°/s for J1, J2, and J3, 150°/s for J4 and J5, and 220°/s for J6. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±180°, J2 +75°/-60°, J3 +230°/-132°, J4 ±360°, J5 ±125°, and J6 ±360°.
