IT FEATURES A MODULAR CONSTRUCTION WITH A 6 KG PAYLOAD CAPACITY, A 1373 MM REACH, AND A REPEATABILITY OF 0.08 MM. THE ROBOT HAS A MASS OF 135 KG AND SUPPORTS FLOOR, INVERTED, WALL, AND ANGLE MOUNTING. CONTROLLED BY AN RJ3IB SYSTEM, IT INCORPORATES TURBOMOVE ADVANCED SERVO CONTROL FOR SMOOTH POINT-TO-POINT MOTION. THE DESIGN INCLUDES NARROW WRISTS FOR ACCESSIBILITY IN CONFINED SPACES AND INTERNAL ROUTING FOR GAS/AIR LINES AND WIRE FEED MOTOR CABLES. AXIS MOTION SPEEDS ARE 150°/S FOR J1, 160°/S FOR J2, 170°/S FOR J3, 400°/S FOR J4 AND J5, AND 520°/S FOR J6. THE MOTION RANGE FOR THE AXES IS J1 ±170°, J2 +160°/-90°, J3 +145°/-170°, J4 ±190°, J5 ±140°, AND J6 ±360°. PRIMARY APPLICATIONS INCLUDE MIG, TIG, PLASMA, AND SUBMERGED ARC WELDING, AS WELL AS PLASMA CUTTING AND PICK-AND-PLACE TASKS. THE SYSTEM IS COMPATIBLE WITH VARIOUS WELDING EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING LINCOLN ELECTRIC POWER WAVE OR STT POWER SOURCES.
