2013 FANUC Arc Mate 100iC/6L 6-Axis Welding Robot, 1632mm Reach, 6kg Payload, R-30iB Control

The 2013 FANUC Arc Mate 100iC/6L is a six-axis articulated welding robot designed for precise arc welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, plasma welding, and plasma cutting applications. This model features an extended reach of 1,632 mm and a payload capacity of 6 kg, allowing for the use of various light-weight end-of-arm tooling. Controlled by the FANUC R-30iB system, the robot offers a repeatability of ±0.1 mm and a total mass of 135 kg. Its mechanical structure supports floor, inverted, and angle mounting positions. Axis motion speeds are 210°/s for J1 and J3, 190°/s for J2, 400°/s for J4 and J5, and 600°/s for J6. The motion ranges for the axes are J1 ±360°, J2 ±250°, J3 ±445°, J4 ±380°, J5 ±380°, and J6 ±720°.
