2013 FANUC Arc Mate 100iC/6L Robot, 6kg Payload, 1632mm Reach, R-30iB Controller

The 2013 FANUC ARC MATE 100IC/6L is a six-axis articulated welding robot designed for precise arc welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, plasma welding, and plasma cutting applications. This extended-reach model features a 1,632 mm horizontal reach and a 6 kg payload capacity, making it suitable for processing large parts and complex tooling. The robot offers a repeatability of ±0.1 mm and a mass of 135 kg, with mounting options including floor, inverted, and angle configurations. It is equipped with an R-30IB controller and features a slim wrist design to facilitate access to small openings. Axis motion speeds are 210°/S for J1 and J3, 190°/S for J2, 400°/S for J4 and J5, and 600°/S for J6. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±360°, J2 ±250°, J3 ±445°, J4 ±380°, J5 ±380°, and J6 ±720°. This model is engineered for high-speed operation, moving up to 15% faster than other robots in its class to maintain high productivity levels.
