2013 FANUC R-2000iB/210F Robot - 210kg Payload, 2655mm Reach, R-30iA Control

The 2013 FANUC R-2000IB/210F is a six-axis floor-mounted articulated robot designed for high-payload applications such as resistance welding, spot welding, injection molding, machine loading, machine tending, material handling, assembly, and fiberglass cutting. It features a payload capacity of 210 kg, a horizontal reach of 2655 mm, and a repeatability of 0.3 mm. The robot has a total mass of 1240 kg and is characterized by a slim arm and wrist design to facilitate access in confined work areas. Axis motion speeds are 95°/s for J1 and J3, 90°/s for J2, 120°/s for J4 and J5, and 190°/s for J6. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±180°, J2 +75°/-60°, J3 +230°/-132°, J4 ±360°, J5 ±125°, and J6 ±360°. The system is equipped with a FANUC R-30IA controller, connection cables, and a teach pendant. Its design provides a large work envelope with the capability to reach overhead and behind the unit.
