2016 FANUC M-20iB/25 Articulated Robot, 25kg Payload, 1853mm Reach, R-30iB Control

The 2016 FANUC M-20iB/25 is a six-axis articulated robot designed for high-performance applications such as material handling, pick and place, machine tending, loading, material removal, deburring, and waterjet processes. It features a 25 kg payload capacity, an 1853 mm horizontal reach, and a repeatability of ±0.05 mm. The robot has a mass of 250 kg and supports floor, inverted, and angle mounting configurations. Its advanced design incorporates a lightweight hollow upper arm and wrist with internal cable routing to enhance reliability and access. Axis motion speeds are 205°/s for J1 and J2, 260°/s for J3, 415°/s for J4 and J5, and 880°/s for J6. The motion range for the axes is J1 +340°/-360°, J2 ±240°, J3 ±303°, J4 ±400°, J5 ±290°, and J6 ±540°. The system is equipped with a FANUC R-30iB controller, a color i-Teach pendant, and connection cables.
