The 2019 Kawasaki RS010L is a high-speed, six-axis industrial robot from the R series, designed for small to medium-duty applications. It features a 10 kg payload capacity and an extensive 1925 mm reach with a positional repeatability of ±0.05 mm. The robot’s lightweight arm and high-output motors enable rapid acceleration and high-speed operation, with a maximum speed of 13,100 mm/s. Axis motion ranges include J1 ±180°, J2 +155° to -105°, J3 +150° to -163°, J4 ±270°, J5 ±145°, and J6 ±360°. Corresponding motion speeds are 190°/s (J1), 205°/s (J2), 210°/s (J3), 400°/s (J4), 360°/s (J5), and 610°/s (J6). The unit has a mass of 230 kg and supports floor or ceiling mounting. It is built with a double seal construction, providing an IP67 protection rating for the wrist and IP65 for the base axes.
