The 2022 ABB IRB 4600-40/2.55 is a six-axis articulated robot designed for applications including arc welding, assembly, cutting, dispensing, machine tending, material handling, packaging, and palletizing. It features a 40 kg payload capacity, a 2550 mm reach, and a repeatability of 0.05 mm. The robot has a mass of 412 kg and supports floor, inverted, and angle mounting.
