Easy-Laser E540 Shaft Alignment System, 2-Axis Detector, 0.01 mm Resolution, 10 M Distance

The Easy-Laser E540 is a shaft alignment system that utilizes 2-axis TruePSD detector technology with line lasers. It incorporates two diode lasers operating at a wavelength of 635-670 nm, conforming to class 2 with an output power of less than 1 mW. The system achieves a measurement resolution of 0.01 mm / 0.001 inch and supports an operational measurement distance of up to 10 meters. Communication between the measuring units and the display unit is conducted wirelessly via Bluetooth, with wired connectivity also available. The display unit features a color LCD for data presentation and navigation through alignment programs including horizontal, vertical, machine train, cardan, and flange, alongside functions such as soft foot checks and tolerance control. The measuring units are rated IP65 for ingress protection and are designed for operation within a temperature range of -10 to +50 °C. Power is supplied by rechargeable Li-ion batteries.
