No. Aucto lists industrial CNC routers — nested-base and 5-axis machines used in wood, plastic, composite and non-ferrous shops. Desktop hobby routers are not this category.
Can a used CNC router cut metal?
Some industrial routers cut non-ferrous metal and composites; they are not a replacement for a VMC on steel. Read spindle power, rigidity and the seller's stated materials on the listing before you buy.
