The 2020 Brother Speedio S700X1 is a 3-axis high-speed tapping center engineered for rapid, precision machining of aluminum, non-ferrous, and mild steel components across a wide range of industries. The machine is built on Brother's proven BT30 taper platform and features a standard maximum spindle speed of 10,000 RPM with a continuous (S1) power rating of 7.1 kW (approximately 9.5 HP). Optional spindle packages are available to extend speed to 16,000 RPM or 27,000 RPM, accommodating a broad spectrum of cutting applications, and a high-torque 10,000 RPM option is also offered for applications requiring greater torque output.
