A+Technical Description
The 2015 Brother TC-32BN QT is a 3-axis CNC tapping and drilling center built around a twin-pallet rotating table configuration, offering high-productivity part loading while machining continues uninterrupted. The BT30 direct-drive spindle delivers 6 kW of continuous power (approximately 8 HP) and reaches a maximum speed of 12,000 RPM as standard, with an optional 16,000 RPM spindle available. Each pallet face measures 600 mm x 425 mm (23.6 x 16.7 inches), and axis travels extend 550 mm (21.7 inches) in X, 400 mm (15.7 inches) in Y, and 415 mm (16.3 inches) in Z, providing ample capacity for small-to-medium precision components. The machine ships with a 26-tool ATC as standard, expandable to 40 tools as an option. Control is provided by the Brother CNC-B00 system, enabling optional fourth- and fifth-axis configurations for multi-sided part completion. Overall machine dimensions are approximately 144.4 x 74.4 x 92.9 inches and the machine weighs approximately 10,143 lbs (4,600 kg). Rapid traverse rates are extremely high, making this machine well-suited for high-volume tapping and light milling of aluminum and non-ferrous alloys. Upgrade options include the 16,000 RPM spindle package and the 40-tool ATC.
