THE ELECTRO-ARC MODEL 25A TAP DISINTEGRATOR IS A 10 KVA, 220V SINGLE-PHASE, 26 AMP, 60HZ MACHINE, FEATURING AN ARCER HEAD AND DUAL/HORIZONTAL CROSSARMS. THE UNIT IS BUILT WITH A SOLID CAST, GROUND WORKTOP MEASURING 18" X 26" AND INCLUDES T-SLOTS FOR ANCHORING WORKPIECES AND TROUGHS FOR COOLANT RECYCLING. THE SUPPORTING BASE/CABINET HOUSES THE POWER SUPPLY, CONTROL PANEL, AND A BUILT-IN COOLANT SYSTEM. THIS SYSTEM INCLUDES AN INTERNAL PUMP CAPABLE OF 90 PSI COOLANT PRESSURE AND AN INTERNAL TANK WITH A FILTER. THE MACHINE RESTS ON HEAVY-DUTY CASTERS AND LEVELERS. THE SUPERSTRUCTURE INCLUDES A STURDY 2-3/4” (70 MM) DIAMETER X 50” (1270 MM) HIGH COLUMN, SUPPORTING 36” (914 MM) X 1-1/2” DIA. (38 MM) DOUBLE CROSSARMS DESIGNED TO RIGIDLY SUPPORT THE OPERATING HEAD ACROSS THE WORK SURFACE.
