A+Technical Description
The 2009 FANUC T2IFLA is a 3-axis compact drilling, tapping, and milling center from the FANUC RoboDrill Alpha T21iFLA series. The model designation T2IFLA is an alternate rendering of T21FLA and T21iFLA, referring to the same F-generation long-bed advanced T21 platform. This machine features the extended L-size 850 x 410 mm worktable with 700 mm X-axis travel and 21-tool ATC, accommodating workpieces up to 300 kg within 700 mm X, 400 mm Y, and 330 mm Z travels. The BT30 spindle operates at up to 10,000 RPM standard with a 24,000 RPM option, and synchronized rigid tapping is standard. The FANUC 31i-A5 CNC provides comprehensive G-code, FANUC macro B, AI contour control, and 4th/5th-axis positioning capability. Continuous spindle power is approximately 7.5 HP. Machine weight is approximately 6,000 lbs. The T21iFLA's combination of long-bed capacity, 21-tool magazine, and advanced FANUC 31i-series control makes it a versatile production platform for elongated aluminum components, multi-cavity fixture plates, and multi-operation connector housings. Like all late T-series RoboD rills, the T21iFLA benefits from widespread technician familiarity with the FANUC 31i control platform and straightforward integration with FANUC automation systems.
