Technical Description

The 2020 Kitamura Mycenter 3XG is a 3-axis vertical machining center featuring Kitamura's SparkChanger automatic twin-pallet indexing system and a high-speed 15,000 RPM spindle for precision production applications. The machine provides a 34.0" x 16.1" per-pallet worktable with X/Y/Z travels of 30.0", 17.9", and 18.1". The CAT40 Dual Contact spindle reaches 15,000 RPM, enabling high-speed machining of aluminum, titanium, and non-ferrous materials at production cycle rates. A 30-tool ATC supports multi-operation capability across each pallet cycle. Fanuc CNC control with Kitamura's integrated programming interface delivers rigid tapping, high-speed contouring, and macro capability. The SparkChanger minimizes loading time by enabling workpiece setup on the alternate pallet during cutting. Overall machine dimensions are approximately 137.0" x 142.0" x 119.6" with a machine weight of approximately 17,000 lbs. The 3XG is suited to precision production facilities requiring Kitamura accuracy with twin-pallet automation and high-speed spindle performance.
